That’s easy....just click on ‘ORDER HORSE’ choose the horse you want then click on the ‘add to cart’ button. When you have finished choosing click on ‘view cart’ this will show you all your items in the shopping cart. If you make a mistake at any time just click on the ‘clear cart’ button and this will clear any items you have highlighted. If you’re happy with what you have chosen then click on the ‘pay now’ button and follow the payment instructions on screen. You will need to be registered with PAYPAL to use this facility.
Do I need a PAYPAL account?
Yes, you will need to register with PayPal in order to order a horse on-line.

Don’t worry, just click on ‘pony tips’ you should be able to sort this with a simple measuring tape.
When will my horse be delivered?
We post all our items by Parcel Force 48 courier services. This usually takes about 48 hours from collection to delivery. However this service can sometimes be unpredictable so we advise all our customers to allow for up to 5 working days for items to be fully delivered.
How will my horse arrive?
Your rocking horse will arrive in a box. Open the box up and remove the protective packaging from around the horse. All our horses arrive in one piece, so there is very little to do before you can start riding! Two small wooden feet will need to be fixed to the base (all screws, tools and instructions are included) and that’s it...You are ready to take your first riding lesson!
